WEEKEND REFLECTIONS

A Testimony.
One gentleman made my day on Sunday. He came up to me and said, "Know what day it is?" I said sarcastically, "Sunday?" He said enthusiastically, "It's my one year anniversary since giving my life to Christ!" That made my day.

Dangerous Church.
There is only one pattern for our life. Repent, Be baptized in water, let the Holy Spirit fill you with boldness, and go witness! The perfect combination for living dangerously.

LS Campus.
With only a week to go before the initial launch and the discovery of some leaky roofing that required the removal of some walls, we have determined to postpone the opening of LS Campus a few weeks. This Sunday we will have leaders on site meeting people who come and directing all to the Monroe Campus for the 11:30. The new Opening date will be announced soon.

Follow up story on Christmas Giving, Your giving matter.
This is a little late, but I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated
the single parent gifts that we received from TRC. I just pushed my kids
Christmas over the top and brought a lot of more light to our house...
literally. The Condo we live in doesn't have lights in the ceiling for the
bedrooms so we have been using lamps. The boys have been playing in there
room with just a lamp for about a year since I moved out here, but when I
was at target I purchased a lamp that cost just about the amount of the gift
card that brightened their room so much and they can't stop talking about
it. In-fact I'm gonna get two more for other rooms. so when i say the gift
from TRC brought light to our home... it really did. :)

At any rate, thank you so much and I appreciate your giving. TRC Rocks!

Seven Addison.
My little girl is working on some words. She loves our Golden Retrievers and says, "Uppy," meaning puppies!

Race Season.
The 2009 season is literally about 13 weeks away. I had a dream last night about racing. I still need sponsorship in order to run for the championship if you would like to help.

Snow. Snow. Snow.
We Northwesterners are not used to all of this snow. But after three weeks of it, I think things are returning to normal!
