CHRISTMAS OFFERING AT WORK

This report is from our good friends in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and the School of Champions. The Rock's mission work in Mexico started 11 years ago this February. Thank you for giving to the Christmas Offering. If you haven't had the chance do so here now.


Dear and Beloved Partner,

We are writing this letter to cordially extend our thanks for your warm friendship, tender kindness and continued financial support of the School of Champions. God has and continues to do wonders amongst and on behalf of our children. This past December ’08 we were afforded the enormous opportunity to take our students to one of Puerto Vallarta’s most coveted tourist attractions.

The Canopy, by Vallarta Adventures, gives a thrilling experience to their largely foreign clientele who is able to comfortably pay the $53 child and the $80 adult entrance fee. Thanks to your consistent partnership and financial efforts our ministry has reached an increased level of ¨door opening¨ relevance in our city! As a result, what would normally be a considerably costly weekend field trip was given to the School of Champions completely free of charge! We were able to transport upwards of 200 students to this wonderful event.

We are eternally grateful for your constant generosity. May God continue to bless you for your tireless endeavors to assist us in educating and forming this next generation of young people. It is surely not vain. Proverbs 19:17 He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.¨
