GENEROSITY MATTERS TO PEOPLE
This letter we received from a single parent who will receive Christmas from Hopetown, TRC's annual Christmas outreach...enjoy...
Dear RC,
I was so planning on being there on Sunday morning. Unfortunately due to the weather we will not make it. I am so disappointed cause I so look forward to being there every Sunday. I do feel that I'm "missing out" when I don't make it.
If we can still please find a way to get my blessings from the church later in the week I would very much appreciate it. I will call on Tue.
What it means to me & my family, the help that this church has done for us in the past 3 yrs. is such a blessing and miracle it makes me cry in joy and love, even writing this. God does love me no matter what!!!
Each and every year I pray that the next I'll be in the position to not need the help, and I would be able to put back multiple times more to help others in my position now. I am remaining faithful that my day will come, and in the mean time I keep knowing that it'll happen in Gods time and way.
If it wasn't for all of you @ the Rock church I don't even want to know where I'd be or how I would be able to provide even the small things for my kids. It's beyond what words can tell.
I love each and everyone of you that are a part of the church. I want to thank you all for being such faithful servants to Our Lord and Savior.
With Love and Thanks from the bottom of my heart. God bless you, have a Merry Christmas,
A single mom.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to all those who give regularly, tithe to The Rock Church, and give to the many special projects, like Hope Town, each year at the Christmas Eve Offering. Your gifts give all year...
