WEEKEND REFLECTIONS
Random Questions.
Well, week 1 is in the books, as they say. I had a blast doing it, but if I evaluated the day I would say it was "too much." I tried to answer 8 questions on Sunday, we won't do that again.
Here's the solution. Are you ready? We are going to split up the questions. We will do half the questions first service and half second service. This way we can maintain our service times and not be long. So if you want the whole package come to both services. I can't wait for this Sunday.

The hottest topic? You guessed it. The "Should I vote" question. I've had email supporting what I read and condemning it. Either way, it shows the diversity within The Rock Church. Let me say this, The Rock Church has amazing Democrats and Republicans. I voted for some of them!
Evergreen Speedway Banquet.
Saturday night Melinda and I dressed up and met our race team and their spouses at the 2008 awards banquet held at the Tulalip Casino. I received a couple of awards on the night. I finished 4th in points, and was voted Most Inspirational for the 2nd year in a row.
Seven.
My little girl is getting so big! I can't believe what a joy it is to have someone living in our house. She wakes up with giant smiles. She laughs and plays all day. She dances with dad and gets rowdy. She's can push herself backwards. She gets up on her hands and feet, like a bridge. It is totally amazing. I am so blessed to be a dad.
Melinda.
I am married to the most amazing lady. God perfectly crafted her for me. In the past couple weeks I've been under a lot of attack. People stuff, some I've accidentally created, has been getting me down. At those times Melinda shines bright. She comes in and picks me up. She's a lifter. Honestly, I'm not sure I could be a pastor without Melinda in my life. Thinking back, until she came along I was going to be a fighter pilot, hmm. God knew what he had for me, sending Melinda was the best strategy ever. Love you baby!
Snow.
OK, so this weekend it snowed in the mountains. I am fired up about that.
