REGIONAL REACH TEAMS

It's 5pm and I am getting ready to head out to lead a Regional Reach Team! I am so excited about it. Three years ago the Lord spoke to us that we were to end our 23-year running mid-week service in favor of launching ministry in cities all across Snohomish County. Two years ago this November our leadership team locked themselves in a room and ask the big "what if" questions.

* What if we didn't have a Wednesday night anymore?

* What if we had Wednesday night meetings in multiple cities at one time?

Here we are, October 3rd and the starting gun has sounded! Regional ministry is about one-church dispersed throughout an entire county. It is about 660,000 people who live in our county! I am stoked.

Tonight there is scheduled to be 160+ people attending in multiple homes. It is only week one, but in 2006 our average Wednesday night adult attendance was smaller than that. Get ready...Regional Reach Teams are going to be huge for The Rock Church.
