If you have checked out this Blog long enough you realize I am a pretty serious race fan! NASCAR Racing is a blast because there are so many levels like Cup, the Big boys; Grand National, the East Coast /West Coast; and local shows, like Evergreen where we are involved.

We are getting ready for our 2007 race season and there are a lot of things in the works right now. First, the new car is almost complete and I will be racing it 6-8 times this season. In addition we are determining Roger's race schedule and getting his car ready.

We have had some great sponsorship and support these past few years (Rock of Ages Plumbing, Hometown Lending). This year we are looking to add some new sponsors. Our current plan is to develop a television commercial, radio spot and website to promote those companies who get involved with the race team. We think we have a great opportunity for a local company to get some big exposure on TV, Radio, and the web while being connected to a race team.

Total Velocity Motorsports is a great way to blend our church with our culture. Many lives have been directly impacted for Christ because of "Car 76" and Total Velocity Motorsports. Please pray that this year is safe for our crew and that many lives would continue to be reached with the message of Christ.
