Random Questions

The Questions are coming in. Here is a few we have received. If two believer's are praying for favor in the same situation, how does God choose to answer those prayers? For instance, two believer's are running for office, both cannot win, how does God give favor, and does it mean the loser is not in right standing with God? What did God do before he created? What about tattoos?
