RACE PARTY

We kicked off the 2008 season today with a fun party at Taco Del Mar in Monroe. The proceeds of the restaurant went to helping our interns get to Africa on missions. Thanks to all those who provided the Rock Band entertainment. The rain held of for the most part and we are 6 days away from the opener at Evergreen Speedway in conjunction with Mitosis.

I get the privilege of pastoring a church my parent's founded in 1984. My first role in the church, at age 14, was "janitor," vacuuming the living room floor after the meeting finished. A few years ago both my parents passed in a plane crash and I was set in their place. The stories and experiences I share on this site often come from having my sleeves rolled up in the ministry for many years. I have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management and currently I'm working on my M. Div at Regent University. This Blog reflects my interests, thoughts, beliefs and frustrations.
